Cindy joined John C. Flood in January 2007 as a Customer Service Representative and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company. As a Customer Service Representative Cindy was involved in handling all incoming customer calls, booking appointments and dispatching service technicians. In May of 2010 Cindy was promoted to Office Manager which expanded her roles to include billing, accounts receivables and general office manager duties in our Alexandria, Virginia office. Cindy has proven she is a team player and we are certainly glad to have her with us. Congratulations Cindy!
