Gas “Power Vent” Water Heaters

These have a black metal motor sitting on top and have a blower that forces the air through a PVC vent normally out through a side wall of the building.

High efficiency Gas Water Heater

A.O. Smith Vertex 90% & 96% High Efficiency Gas Water Heaters. Both of these models provide quick recovery and almost endless hot water with environmental friendly PVC venting and both qualify for the Federal tax credit.

  • Master Gas Fitter licensed to work on gas appliances.

  • We take way and dispose of old water heater tank.
  • 1 year labor warranty through our company.
  • Water heater tank and parts warranty through the manufacturer you pick.
  • Normally same day service and installation.
  • All work performed to State and local plumbing codes.
  • Supply and install new hot water heater.

  • New pressure relief valve with each new water heater.

Hot Water Heater Accessories

  • Expansion Tank: Helps stop banging pipes and hot water expansion.
  • Water Heater Drain Pan: Needed when water heater is located on finished living area.
  • Emergency Water Shut Off Valve: Needed is you do not have one now or the one you have does not work.
  • Emergency Water Alarm: Needed if you have an older water heater that is not quite ready to replace or you have the water heater in a place that if it leaks you will not know right away.
  • Circulating Pump: Needed to re-circulate the hot water to all areas of your home.
  • Remote Circulating Pump: Turn a bathroom that takes a long time to get hot water into one that gets it right away without waiting!
