Easterseals and John C. Flood of VA — two long-time community institutions — are working together to improve the health and betterment of local children. Preschoolers will greet John C. Flood representatives on August 30th, when the company begins in-kind repairs to the Easterseals Child Development Center in Washington, DC. Dating from 1959, the building is the oldest of the four Easterseals childcare centers and costly maintenance needs have been mounting. Because Easterseals serves a vulnerable population, the value of this service far exceeds the cost.
