When you have an appointment in our system, you’ll receive an email and a text message with the name and photo of your technician. We’ll also confirm the address they’re arriving to as well as provide contact information for our office should you have questions about the appointment. Examples of these notifications are below:
If you didn’t hear from the John C. Flood team and a person claiming to be an HVAC technician has arrived at your home, it’s important that you get in touch with us to confirm your appointment and then if necessary, contact the appropriate authorities. You can always call our team to confirm the name and photo of your technician. If something looks wrong, we urge you to not let the person enter your home and get in touch with the appropriate parties.
